Accommodation Bookings
HRG have negotiated accommodation rates for Congress delegates and block bookings have been made at a selection of properties. Accommodation will be allocated in order of receipt of registration. Book early to ensure you obtain your preferred choice of accommodation.

Credit card details will be used as a booking guarantee only. Full payment will be required upon check out.

Cancellation Policy
Please note: 35 day Cancellation Policy applies. Cancellations within 35 days may be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the first nights accommodation. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the entire accommodation stay.
Visas and Passports
Delegates are encouraged to familiarise themselves with Australia's customs, quarantine and immigration laws, and make sure they understand what they will need to do prior to the Congress to ensure a successful Australian visit.
