Registration
Online registrations have now closed. Please register on-site at the registration desk at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from Friday 3 July 2009 to Monday 6 July 2009.
Registration Confirmation
On receipt of your registration and payment, written confirmation including a tax invoice will be forwarded to you by return mail or email. Please check all details and advise the Congress Organisers of any changes. All changes must be received in writing to Congress Organisers via email iaas2009@surgeons.org
Cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing to Congress Organisers via email iaas2009@surgeons.org
A cancellation fee of 20% of the total fees will be charged. Please note there will be no refunds after 3 April 2009.
Payment
All fees quoted are in Australian Dollars and include a 10% goods and services (GST) tax. Payment can be made by Master Card, Visa, AMEX or Diners Card. Payments made by cheque should be made payable to Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. For payment by electronic funds transfer, please contact the Congress Organisers via email iaas2009@surgeons.org for account details.
